The issue
NavigationNothing above the fold says what the clinic does or how to book. The booking link is hidden in the menu.
The reviewed change
Say what the clinic offers in the first line and show “Book an appointment” without opening the menu.
Changes are proposed, applied only after your approval and checked again on several phone sizes and with a keyboard.
Illustrative example: fictional clinicVisitors rarely complain. They just leave.
A site can look fine on the owner’s laptop and still be hard to use on a phone, with a keyboard or with a screen reader. The problems are usually small, specific and fixable once someone sees them. These are the six things it would look at, checked against recognised practice.
- NavigationCan people find what they came for, with labels they recognise?
- FormsIs asking easy, and are mistakes explained where they happen?
- AccessibilityContrast, headings, labels, keyboard and screen-reader use.
- Mobile experienceLayouts, tap targets and reading on small screens.
- Speed people noticeWhat appears first, and what makes a page feel slow.
- FeedbackErrors and confirmations that say what happened, in plain words.

Is Website Experience AI available now?
No. It is in development and has no launch date. SEO AI is the only MarketAlong product available today, as a private pilot.
Is this a website builder?
No. It is being designed to improve the experience of the site you have, with reviewed changes. It does not build sites from scratch.
Will it change my site by itself?
No. Changes are proposed and applied only after your approval, checked again afterwards and can be rolled back.
How is it different from Conversion AI?
Conversion AI would test whether a change improves one measured goal. Website Experience AI looks for the usability and accessibility problems that get in visitors’ way.
